Deadline to Appeal Assessments in BC

The deadline to appeal your 2019 property assessments is rapidly approaching!

If you would like to challenge your property assessment that arrived earlier this month, you should not wait until the deadline to contact your local BC Assessment office, contact them ASAP to discuss your assessment with the Assessment Authority.

If you still have concerns after speaking with BC Assessment then you may file a Notice of Complaint for a formal hearing with the Review Panel.

The deadline to file your Notice of Complaint is Thursday, January 31, 2019.
